Please DO NOT return any items without contacting me first. If you do, I cannot help you.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct. If it isn’t, your order will be returned to me and you’ll be mad at me cuz you’ll be liable for reshipment costs.

If your order arrives with any misprints or is damaged or defective please advise me within 14 days from receipt of your order. Any claim for an exchange or refund if it’s my fault will be re-shipped to you at my cost. For an order lost in transit, contact me! Claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

If your order is unclaimed at customs, refused/returned or you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for new shipping charges.

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, please contact me; you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. I am not yet able to assist with filling claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future.

I will not issue a refund or exchange cuz you changed your mind on the color. If you purchased the wrong size and want to exchange it, please contact me no later than 14 days from receipt of your order. If you damaged the item and just want a new one, I cannot help you.

***I will not accept returns of face masks which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. No one wants cooties!

Customers residing in Brazil and requesting a return must contact me within 5 consecutive days after receiving your order.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Bitter old cat lady reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
