Processing & shipping
Estimated delivery time (EDT) is 7–10 business days for apparel products. (Sometimes faster!)
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons like:
Issues with print/embroidery files
Products being out of stock
Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
I’ll work hard to meet delivery estimates. If you’re in a situation where you haven’t received your order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with me through the contact form.
Some products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products I’ll ship separately from your shirts can include:
Snap back hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, visors, backpacks, mugs, stickers, keychains, pet tags, and water bottles.
Please provide a physical address for shipping. Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Larger orders are sometimes too big to be accepted by national postal operators, so I’ll use use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver those larger orders. I strongly suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box to ensure smooth delivery.
I will ship to you from North America, Europe, and Australia.
Bitter Old Cat Lady will ship products to most countries, but there are a few exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
Currently, we do not ship to:
Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea
Because of the ongoing war in Ukraine, shipping is very limited. For now, we can only deliver to Ukraine orders that are fulfilled in our Latvian facility.
The same restrictions apply to Kosovo; we only ship products from our Latvian facility, and the available products are limited.
Some of our shipping carriers also pause international deliveries to certain countries because of natural disasters or other disruptions. You can check the latest updates on the USPS Service Alerts page.
